Christian began his career as a bartender, and quickly transitioned to external recruitment and headhunting, before focusing on the luxury sector.
He’s brought his expertise and tremendous success to The Four Seasons, Luxury Family Hotels, and Fortnum & Mason, implementing talent acquisition strategies to fully staff and retain the best people within hospitality.
His recent crescendo was the opening of Pavyllon London, the most important F&B opening of The Four Seasons and achieved a Michelin star within 8 months.
